Can we rename this board to "it is not the DTCC"s fault" board?

Or is there some other board we can create to discuss BCIT/Energy Source solely?

"Now, Tom needs a court order...or court judgment showing the rest of the shares in the market were not properly issued. The judgment or order is what the DTCC takes as proof to show the rest of the shares are "bad" as you label them. "

hmmm, that sounds like what the ill fated "shareholder lawsuit" of april 2007 was all about.

Unfortunately too many people freaked out about "being sued", and that avenue became cost prohibitive. Good job there, scaremongers.

OK, so given that the current roadblock, as outlined in this letter http://www.let-bcit-trade.com/Files/Letter%20to%20DTCC.pdf seems to be Isaac Montal at the DTCC, how does one force the DTCC to come to the table, and lay out what they want to remove the global lock? Every time Megas does what they ask of him, they say it's not enough. Kind of reminds me of Lucy and Charlie Brown of Peanuts... Lucy keeps telling Charlie Brown she'll hold the football, and WHAM!

Very interesting around and around scenario you...

paint. I know you probably don't realize it, but what you have so far laid out is that...nobody...has any responsibility for verifying anything but the T/A. That unfortunately for your arguement is just not the case I'm afraid.

Anyways...let me interject this and please respond. The elctronic transfer from the T/A to the DTC is, as you point out, customary. If the DTC were to find themselves in need of the actual certs they had previously accepted; what/how would they do?

TIA
