Scottrade messing with customers Wednesday, obviously because of their nite connection. They can't beat us straight up so they're messing with this stock by flagging it and not allowing their customers to buy online. They can call in and buy, but NOT online. DUH! They are the ONLY brokerage in the country doing this to EREI and their customers. I called my local office 1st and got them to fwd my complaint to their corporate office. I then called their corporate complaint dept to back that up. Their complaint dept is making all kinds of flimsy excuses as to why they're doing this and none of them hold water. One of my friends had one of their complaint reps squirming and stuttereing because he nailed him to the wall with every excuse he gave for their sorry actions. I've contacted all of my friends that use and don't use Scottrade, to call in and express their anger at Scottrade's actions. The more heat we put on these jerks,the less negative affect they'll have on the stock movement. Anyone wanting to burn some phone lines and no doubt, tie up their Complaint Dept,or as they call it, Compliance Dept. call 1-800-570-1980, ext 1900. They need some heat on them to help force them to get off of EREIs back.
This is totally a manipulation effort to help jam this stock anyway they can. They did this back about 2 weeks ago on another high volume day, but I was unaware of it that time until today's repeat event on a high volume day when one of my friends couldn't trade EREI online. I don't know exactly how much influence they've had on the stock by doing this uncalled for action, but obviously it can affect timely trades and affect the nite shorting war that's going on. It doesn't take an astronuaut to figure this one out.
I'm thinking we may not see a PR today, if we can do good battle against the shorts without one. But you never know as the company might just slam them hard while they're on the run and losing sleep at night wondering if their going to lose their shirts here. HA! I think it's only a matter of time (short time) that we shake them off and walk this thing right on up. We could always get surprised, but Friday will probably be another hold the line day like the past few Friday's, with a PR out shortly after the market to set the stage for a slam dunk day on Monday. By then, we should shining very bright on the radar, even more than we have. It will be interesting to see how all this plays out.
