Well still loads of money on sidelines. Its from the same people who waited to buy the market before it went up 30%+ So tons of sideline money waiting to enter. Also on this board we have managed to find bulls in any market, even in the worst bear market in years. (see last years picks)
This is a stock pickers market if i sold the market out of fear today i would of missed my pop on caei, apwr etc...
But you are absolutely correct follow the trends in general market, im just not so sure the short term trend is lower right now, at 8800 i would have said mini trend reversal but here tend to want to accumulate.
The market dropped 600 points since then and we still finding picks that are making us money.
