Ggathat, Evidently with the Madoff and other huge investment scams surfacing 141 Cap' was having extreme difficulty getting investment dollars and saw the handwriting on the wall. Its investment co. idea - as great as it was - wasn't going to garner sufficient revenue and a different program within the Company had to be further developed - thus the new program currently being developed.
