If this news paves the way for progress in our own little ERHE backyard I'm all for it. Can't fathom JCG not keeping upside in the JDZ. Only way left is to do it through us. He's not packing up ball and going home. More to be seen here IMO.

Soon? Can't imagine the scenario but I hope you're correct. I'm confused at the strategy of the rush to drill only to have Addax accept before drilling what appears to be a low offer. Hell, the stock was $52+ a year ago.

Anyway, something sure seems to be in the works. Since ERHC is partnered with Addax in the JDZ it has to be good for us.

Mark - Thanks your confident reply to Sidewinder - I have a visit scheduled with my cardiologist today and my miss the positive action - However I would like to remind the board that tomorrow will mark the half way point to Christmas.

In your opinion, are we going to have to wait the 35 days for the SH of AXC to accept the offer, prior to us having the good news?
