I agree. Doesn't sound very Confucius-like. I know a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush but they don't even know what bush they're looking at!

Could there be some kind of 'tier' arrangement? By that I mean the price goes up/down depending upon how many bbls are determined there is to be. In B2, 275mmbl are expected and the sp would be pro-rated by, say every 10mmbbl, from the $52.xx price?

Just speculating.
