That's all very well and good, but it has nothing whatsoever to do with the question I asked Graf.

Here it is again.

The divy will be paid before or after it becomes Buzz Inc and listed on the HKE.

So, in order to be able to pay it to shareholders of BZTG, they would have to have filed for it, as per my prior post. No?

Shouldn't there be documentation of a filing with FINRA?
