He thinks shruggle-type virii are as dangerous as the next big IE or Outlook buffer-overflow exploit to be revealed, that if passively left unpatched would allow anyone to get unrestricted access to steal or destroy all the data on a system, vs. an exploit that requires someone to be able to actively plant a malicious executable on your machine and can get you to execute it...
