Not only are the lending institutions not lending as much as they used to, but the consumers are afraid to get a loan in fear that they may lose their job or have their hours cut and not be able to fulfill their financial obligations. Having all of the different types of mortgages is a great way to get the consumers confident that they can borrow in this downed economy.
