nuk, who knows... but IMO Paul is not letting John walk away with SpoozTools free of charge.
Kaitrade, 141 and now Wind River... whoever pans out Paul wins IMO.
How can John not worry that if he is making all these deal and revenues on the back of SpoozTools that sometime down the road Paul will not bring legal action against Kaitrade.
Makes no sense to me that John does not all agreements in place with Paul before moving forward.
