I understand with what you are saying, but a PR isn't official. Wouldn't there have to be some sort of SEC filing or audited statement. We know nothing in their PR's has ever come to fruition, so I wouldn't expect that statement to hold water either. This is the underlying problem with the company. They don't tell the truth and they hide things. This leads to trust falling apart and the end result is broken promises. Maybe someone else who has a better background in this matter can explain it to everyone. But either way I think we can agree if it is in a PR then it isn't true. At least for now. GLTU.

they meant any class of preferreds, if anything..
