I do understand your worries. I would like a little more clarification on the corporate structure too. Tim Brink was in charge of Continental and now he seems to be in charge of everything. I would like to know who is on the Board of Directors too. Perhaps as a shareholder I can find some time to contact the company and express my ideas and ask some questions. Why don't you contact them and express your worries? It could help all us other shareholders.
I have read some articles on Tim Brink, When he was at HESS he seemed to be innovated and agressive gaining market share. Let's hope he can grab all the companies of UPVD some market share and profitability.
