1. They need money
2. To spite shareholders

Couldn't agree more...
I'm confident that management reads this board... Wake up, guys, The investors who have been loyal and patient for quite some time are getting VERY restless. Management's lack of response to the insider selling has been very very discouraging. At the very least they could be putting out positive messages about the company and its future. Instead they seem to want to bury their heads in the sand.

this insider selling and feel it hurts our position, constant reference on the board to perhaps not following our wishes. Might this not also be PPS sensitive. Yes ALL are entitled to opinions but as a PPX2 just maybe these guys do have a plan after all. ONCE again OVER AND OUT D
