Because of the great product, people will continue to concentrate on that and ignore the 95%:
-The recent PR blitz is to try and get people to buy WNBD stock and not WNBD products.
-WNBD has an open Form D filing consistently selling $30,000-$50,000 blocks of stock at an unknown discount to market into the Press Releases.
-Press Releases are simply believed here and not verified. No Publix. Apparently no Zeller's yet (I do believe it will be there though) On shelves in Lowe's in the Ohio area in March (not a PR but basis for many posters' investment).
WNBD has Winning Colours which is great; do they have enough $$ to put it in every household on the globe and can they make any $$$ doing it?
The CEO can take the next step and let people know where WNBD is financially. I believe that even if their Balance Sheet is terrible that knowing it is will still be better than being in the dark. WNBD claimed that they had initial financials back in 2006-2007 already prepared. I believe they are keeping good books right now.
WNBD can put an Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statement unaudited on the Pinksheets website today if they wanted to. Forget asking about the numbers as a Yes or No question results in a 3 paragraph diatribe that ultimately does not answer the question.
WNBD benefitted from excitement in the penny markets caused by other stocks and well-timed company Press Releases. WNBD has not changed from the company it was 6 trading days ago @ .006. WNBD has changed a lot since 2007 @ .18. WNBD share price has nothing to do with what the company does business-wise. period. People send me messages all the time saying that it is impossible that WNBD's share price does not go up if they are in every Lowe's and Home Depot in the US.
People buying WNBD stock made it go up. People buying WNBD products has no effect. If WNBD sells a bunch of stock to produce and distribute products, it could make the stock go down. People believing that WNBD selling a bunch of products will make them rich so they buy the stock thinking that should make the stock go up. These people call themselves "Longs".
Makes sense?
The bottom line is that every $$ WNBD makes selling product they keep. Every $$$ WNBD makes selling stock they keep. Common shareholders make $$ buying and selling their stock for a profit. They do not participate in the company's success. WNBD can be very profitable and successful without the share price reflecting it in any way, shape or form. This is where I get the messages about possibly WNBD buying back stock with profits which would definitely be beneficial but still hypothetical. Ironically, a Press Release announcing a potential stock buyback would do more positives for share price than actually doing it.
