Actually, I'm not sure how the court hearings went, but they aren't really relevant to our mission anyway. The hearings were to contest certain creditors claims and a few other things.
Yes, they know we want them out, they read the board. I'm sure they know by now that NIPRD and the Minister of Health have said that if we remove current management - specifically Swift, Burg and Oniyide along with a few other conditions, Xechem can get Nicosan back. I also figure they are telling everyone that I'm lying about that because there's no way anyone could think they aren't doing an amazing job. In my opinion, their days are numbered...
