Just checked in to board for first time in years and saw the BK. I too was a former million share owner ( in hindsight it was just stupid and greedily cool to own 1 mil). What happened to the huge acreage of land they owned in Brazil. Brazil is so hot now, that land must be worth more than the state of LA.

RC, the only reason why they were stealing from the pit in the first place was because the results of the illegal bank actions, which was determined illegal in the supreme court. Plenty of blame to go around in my opinion. But I will agree with you that we were "emptying our wallets into their thieving hands". Plenty of blame to go around. We shall see if there is more thieving in the future I guess. Still waiting on the 2008 3rd quarter PR and financials. Yeah right!

I have to be honest, and I am not trying to put down any of managements last ditch efforts, but this Treaty deal is a band-aid fix in my opinion. To many broken promises on both sides for that to work. Who knows when the wheels will come off of that one, or maybe it has. Both sides are not talking.

But hey, what do I know? Absolutely nothing right now. So good luck management!
