No kidding. I think you and I were the only one's buying today except for the person who just bought 100k...as it looks like according to my view that big blocks dumped the other 1.5 million.
I started buying this stock in Jan. So, I have no rights other than to get them at these ridiculous prices. Picked up another 200k today meself and 100k yesterday. Wow!...nothing wrong w/ being pompous but not really feelin it now. Just wait til it hits 3 and you won't even be able to talk to me though as ...hehe, I'll be busy you know...
You'll have to bow down then or bring patron and chicks in order for me to find the time...

People will wait for the PPS to go to at least $0.08+ before they think about exercising their rights offering shares.

And then they will sell sufficient shares to exercise their rights.

That is normal practice.
Otherwise they will buy in the market.
