Good afternoon D-man,

I don't know for sure, but I think what he was saying is after they lost control of the situation, they had an ultimatum to salvage what they could. The lawsuits were piling up.

Now I know what you are thinking, "after they lost control" should read "they never had control", but who knows when the actual wheel came off. I know for a fact at one point this company was theirs to lose. I just don't know when the turning point was of being forced to do things rather than making a choice to do things. Either way we are at the point of salvaging what we can and we should accept that for now. We really have no other choice but to roll with punches and be patient in my opinion. But please vent you have a right to do that. I know I have.

I would love to see no R/S and a 10 bagger, but the only 10 bags I see right now are Pauls and they are sitting in Florida...lol!

read LA laws. No I am not kidding. Under certain conditions, a creditor can force BK.
