Our Alferon N Injection® Commercial Sales have halted due to lack of finished goods inventory.

Our finished goods inventory of Alferon N Injection® reached it’s expiration date in March 2008. As a result, we have no product to sell at this time. The FDA declined to respond to our requests for an extension of the expiration date, therefore we consider the request to be denied.

If the FDA does not respond on their decision on Apligen, will HEB assume it is denied? Does the FDA have to respond with a decision?
