It seems to me there are two possible interpretations regardin removal of the line which indicated that HEB had not been notified of the FDA's decision.

First possibility is that HEB has received notification since the original was filed. In that case the question is--what did that notification say? Approved? Rejected? Some kind of partial or conditional approval?

The second possibility is that no notification was received, which implies that HEB's lawyers had some other reason to want to change the wording.
