I think the funding is there- which is why they have given specific dates, AND why qcrap disappeared. If the funding was not there, she would still be here going "HAHAHAHAHAHA", etc. I think that the fact that the labels are on board means that they will have artists promote it- as you remember, Smokey Robinson and others already promoted it. It's in everyone's best interests. I think they are going to really have it together.. I hope, at least. Keep in mind- all this time we have been so impatient, they had the contracts, the technical parts of the program, the funding, the pr, etc. to deal with- no easy tasks, and it seems to be coming together!
