On one hand, when it was selling at those levels in the past, the number of outstanding shares was considerably lower. On the other hand, the company was in it's birth stage and it's products were theoretical at best.

I absolutely agree that we will be above $2 per share in the near future. I also believe that if the AV software does what we've heard, the pps could go well beyond $20 per share, even with the current share structure.

that price spike was due to fraud that spured an SEC investigation. we need a slow steady pps climb based on a solid products and good sales and marketing.
