OS = Floating Shares + Restricted (roughly)
So for SPNG, OS is 722M (iBox) and you can plug in RME's holdings from Jim's email I linked in the iBOX next to the chart. RME isn't allowed to trade since the shares have a repurchase clause on the last 10Q.
