i just received a form from fidelity and mailed it back in to fidelity as they advised this week. i also faxed them a copy...i told them i did not have a "certificate" for my preferred C and they said they would take care of this. it is all very confusing to be honest. i asked them to try to call me before they actually submit the conversion request to 141 so I can be clear on what "date" and 5-day avg share price that will be used in my conversion(see my previous posts here about variable "B" in MC's posted "unconversion" formula)
we'll see how long it takes and how many common shares I get when it is all said and done.
