In Cantonese swearing, means "pouk gai", which is tripping on a street, that may be translated into English as "may you drop dead on the street" or saying that someone's condition or personality is like one who "pouk gai".I t is sometimes used as a noun to refer to an annoying person that roughly means a "prick".
