I don't think it means anything. I have seen that many times before, they come and go. I show PERT at .51 on my live L2.

It looks to me like... IF the ask price for ALL the other MMs are met and they run out of shares... it is conceiveable THEN... that the ask would be 1000.24 per share. Somehow, I think what PERT is saying with such an ask is.... We're not trading right now. OR... If you buy one of these shares... we've also got a bridge that you might be interested in.
