Thanks my friend. I now remember reading that as well. That's the on where the UK is still refusing to sign on through the Pricewater Clearing House which is the most crucial. W/out their cooperation, the wind-down could take years longer. Hope they resolve it or we will all suffer thru a much longer wait. Damn Brits lol! Thanks again.
