Lucky you were right they just readjusted the shares and the combination they used is this one
4/7/09 five preceeding days= .0001, 0001, 0002, 0002, 0004, =.001

/ by5 = avg. .0002 x .80 (discount 20%) =.00016

12000 sh. /by .00016 =75000000 /by 175 rs = 428571 shares

this is the official combination that they used on my 12000 Preferred C shares
