when you get a neighborhood newsletter or one from your community... does it have to say that everybody in the neighborhood is building a third story onto their house... no, of course not, its an update of the basic things going on in the neighborhood. a good way to stay informed. same with an investor newsletter... and by the sound of it, things are progressing along nicely.
