Because those shares are already out in the O/S. The company gets no benefit from Malcolm buying those shares except it makes the float a little less. The money spent on the offering is what we need. The company will get that money for the offering shares to use to drill, and drill, and drill. These shares that Malcol just bought is his way of saying "Hey, I'm in this with you...." nothing more.

Filing Form S4's is good for investor confidence. That is when they are acquiring shares. It's like a demonstration of good faith.

For all I know he is sending a message to us that the seller is done. I am sure he looks at the NOBO list on a regular basis.
