All it takes is a phone call to allow dissemination of information via T/A. For that matter, all they need to do is put out current share structure one time per week, if they do not want the T/A releasing information. Not hiding the numbers goes a long way with a lot of people. I would say an ungagged T/A or current numbers would boost this hog by 75% - 100%.
