Good questions. Got me, but if it's the BIG losses that would off-set much of their tax liabilities, it's not going to be received well by "the market", even though the market already has tons of orders in at much lower prices on these anyways and there aren't $hit for buyers at these levels anyways.

We'll see, but as of now, I'm glad I'm fully out.
