Dante - With regard to the 5mil court case (ASFX on the receiving side if they win the case) that was filed in May, we have not seen what the ruling is or even what the court date is.
The case you linked to was the resolution of an earlier case. The may case has come about because the other party mentioned did not live up to their side of the agreement and so ASFX is seeking damages.
We're all interested in knowing what the outcome will be (perhaps some already know the outcome but that is speculation).
