I noticed there have been quite a few posts over time on this stock. I read some and seems like an interesting company.

Looks like the fiscal year end is April 30 so will be a 10K due in a month or so.

8-K out this afternoon. They hired Issues Capital Advisors (“ICA”) to manage Investor Relations. A real need! Hopefully 10-Q out soon with news from ICA. Did you notice $5.75 ask price today? Maybe, just maybe, see some real action soon.
