rylawi, great work. But you are not factoring in the value of the minerals underground. One acre of ground might be worth $100, but the minerals underneath could be worth many millions per acre. Take a look at the pr they put out on the Monte Cristo a couple of months ago. The gold, silver, and platinum there might be worth several billion!!!

That is exactly my line of thinking. We are not getting are true market value. IMO
