you bring up a really good point. there was serious money buying in up in the .20's. i would have loved to hear the phone calls that SM was having to address. if we don't see a massive dumping, i would have to assume those dollars are staying in spng, but that MM and SM better do something pretty quick to uphold the value of those big investors. if i was one of those big buyers, after friday i would be severly pissed. it would take considerable support from managment to keep my interest. .28 to .08 in a matter of a couple of hours? i'd be downing a roll of tums and figuring out if i wanted to do jail time for conspiracy to commit murder for setting up a hit on the guys who just sold me a load of bs at an investor's conference.
the company must and i believe will do something very soon to address these issues and support shareholder value. they were putting their credibility out there at that conference and MUST come through. i suppose their would be an element of fraud in that as well if they don't. you cant put walmart in a slide without being to provide proof of that relationship. this is going to be big or they are risking jail time i would assume.
