I agree. Why would you or anyone else buy it. Gagged T/A and contracts that might or might not exist. 504s have been issued but have not seen any recently. The last float was ~18,000,000 with the O/S ~ 45,000,000. One thing is for sure... Some one is buying it and spending big bucks
