Until Brian can show proof of where the share structure stands, there is no way to gauge the value of this shell.
Brian promised to update Pinks OTC and over two months have passed. Now he's saying that he's going to release financials (10-Q) for the 2nd quarter. I'm willing to wait for that because financials are a step in the right direction towards transparency.
He also promised updating the Nevada SOS to supposedly show a 7 billion cap and he's long overdue with that commitment. At this point in time, I'll be happy with a 7 billion cap because the alternative is much worse.
Time will tell, and until then, there's going to be more sells than buys.
