Called the TA earlier and was told that the OS is 2.9+bil out of a possible 3bil. Not too concerned though since I recently got out of an issue that went to .051 with an OS of 1.7bil.

Because they would have to file papers to increase the OS. Nothing has changed as everyone who has been here for a very long time has told you over and over. DO YOUR DD PLEASE BEFORE YOU POST!
