Hroller: Reuters moved WMI up from Neutral to Outperform, I am sure that is why the bonds are doing good. The Texas lawsuit is from Bond holders and they are actually "out for blood" on that suit. The rulings in that suit, could be used as precursor to the Delaware action. This is getting good !
I heard the Texas suit was also delayed a little bit, does anyone have any info on that one? TKS Go WMI WEIL QUINN TEXAS !! We need all of them to force JPM.FDIC hand!
