But take a look at Claim 14. It is a dependent claim to an amended claim and IS listed in the claims.

Now take a look at 18. It is a dependent claim to an amended claim and IS NOT listed in the claims.

Yesterday, I looked certs with two different formats. One, any claim affected was listed (in that case, 85 claims should have been listed); Two, any claim with changes + new claims (in this case, 17 claims).
