it would be merely on speculation of some news of the magnetic device or the hydrogen kits. And I agree we have heard nothing in a long time about PLE

It shouldn't be. This thing is being pumped by multiple newsletters, etc. I'm not saying that it doesn't have potential but you need to be careful with these things. A stock like this at this point is VERY likely to dilute and then r/s.
