It's hard to say without current financials. The potential is huge. I agree with BT that the os is much smaller than most think. If they've got good sales, and a cheaper thermo ready to go, this could easily be at least a nickel or higher, but I honestly don't have a clue. I'm just following the money for now and waiting for news.
No way to tell. In the interim, if that is the scenario and the buyer is taking a stake in the company, they probably have a set amount of shares that they are trying to accumulate. That being said, the more of us that "give shares away" cheaply will lower the potential SP.
