Yep, there is a fundamental problem with how our corporations are organized. Boards are rubber stamps. And while I’m at it, with our democracy. Only people who pay federal income taxes should have a right to vote. I’ll always vote yes when it cost me nothing. I suppose an IQ test is probably too much to ask!
