it jumped to that amount because a PR came with Microsoft's name in it. The companies reached an agreement on Exobox's use of a similar name as a Microsoft product, XBOX. IMHO

that was when, at the shareholders meeting, they announced that exobox had signed a co-existing agreement with microsoft, so it was ok to use the name. this was because of the xbox and how close the names were. people heard what they wanted and shares spiked to 1.15 in minutes.
