here's the deal; call 10 brokers and get 10 different answers, maybe all wrong. here is the truth. why would i lie? this will open on the grey market. it can not resume trading on the otc until and unless a form 211 is filed, vetted , and approved. that rarely, if ever happens. also, the sec will make no statement regarding the status of the investigation. resumed trading on the greys is not tacit approval from the sec. please save this post so that you may throw it in my face if i am wrong. but i'm not.
