Tenn, welcome to the board. We haven't seen that type of activity here and shorting at this point with a compliance report imminent would, imo, be like playing Russian roulette using a semi-auto instead of a revolver. I don't know to what extent you have researched this company or invested, but you will find this company a very different breed amongst the pinks: stellar pedigreed management that is very judicious and deliberate in the use of both its resources and PRs. No fluff, just action. As the CEO Scott Keevil said recently (paraphrasing), "We're not so much an exploration company as we are confirmation company."
Do yourself a favor and ask five or so of your most sophisticated friends what niobium, tantalum and rare earth elements are and what they are used for. Next research, through many of the great posts on this board what industry is saying about the shortage of and future demand for these same elements. The answers will tell you of the potential. GL
