Just off the phone with Mr Chuck Harris from Schwab trade support who called me. They have 8 people involved investigating this company,they have not recieved the shares yet, he feels strongly there is a R/S involved but cannot confirm yet due to not being able to contact Petro America. They are cancelling my GTC until info is cleared up. He stated there "is something wrong with this stock". He speculated a rs 40/1 or 100/1 but said in either case the math doesn't add up. Hope this helps someone out there. Schwab halted trading this for their clients until all of this is cleared up. Glta

How do you know there isn't a R/S? Do you know who the transfer agent is?
