Obviously, buying and selling are the works of the individual. Fortunately, for myself I did take some profit. I hope you did, too. However, for better or worse, shareholders as a group have arguably looked to CSMG insiders for guidance. Management's continued buying/holding and, especially, DR's 300,000 sh purchase @ $0.625 en route to 0.06 indisputably kept many shareholders glued to their seats, as the historical posts have indicated here. I now see DR as something of a latter-day Captain Ahab.

"Nope, looking back, I'm sure any insider sells would have been taken as strong buy signals." Personally, I disagree with you there. Had I seen any sells by insiders, I, and perhaps others, would have dumped my (their)shares immediately. Because DR and and majority shareholders held onto and added to their holdings for the last number of years, dumping any large lot onto the market would have been a sure SELL signal.
