I understand you thought process but from where I sit removing the
lawsuits would do nothing. It's true that in a normal situation it
could have a positive affect but in my opinion this is anything but
a normal situation. Try to remember the conference call, swift's main
focus was protecting his friends investments, PERIOD!

refused to speak to any shareholder to the best of my knowledge. I know
that for a fact because he flat out hung up on me, that is not what a normal
CEO/COO would or should have done. IMHO as the opinion of many here
there is something just not right here the way they alienated the common shareholders.

And that's an understatement
